How easy is it to find your way around the 76-story building?

A new digital signage and wayfinding system was recently added to help visitors navigate the building, and displays information about local Seattle events, services available to tenants at Columbia Center and fun facts about the building itself.

What on-site amenities are offered?

Columbia Center has all the amenities you need for a tech or start-up culture including over 30 dining and retail options located in the three-level atrium, and private Columbia Tower Club, a savvy business club amenity not offered in any other building in Seattle.

Is Columbia Center close to public transportation?

Columbia Center’s location offers direct access to eight major bus lines, light rail, commuter train, the ferry system, and the freeway system.

Was the Sky View Observatory expanded?

The Sky View Observatory was expanded and redesigned to include a 360 degree view and new exhibits. In 2014, the Sky View Café was added offering an artisan menu, wine and beer.
